Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 4, 2026. This policy outlines our commitment to transparency and the protection of your digital presence within the NoEyeJack ecosystem.
info Introduction
Welcome to NoEyeJack. Your privacy is not just a requirement; it's a fundamental design principle. This document explains how Rob Mata ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information when you play our games or interact with our digital services.
By accessing NoEyeJack, you agree to the practices described in this policy. We prioritize data minimization, ensuring we only collect what is strictly necessary to bring you the best sequence-building gameplay experience.
Data Collection & Sources
Account & Identity Data
We collect player-chosen Display Names and automatically generated Friend Codes. Sign-in via Google Play Games Services links progression securely to your profile.
Multiplayer Sync
We process 4-letter Room Codes, team selections, and real-time board states strictly to facilitate seamless multiplayer connectivity.
Statistics & Progression
We track gameplay metrics (win records, average moves, longest streaks) exclusively to populate your stats and global leaderboards.
Note: Visual preferences, such as selected board themes and card styles, are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
Usage & Storage
The data collected is utilized exclusively to:
- Maintain active multiplayer game states and room lobbies.
- Securely track progression, milestones, and unlockable achievements.
- Facilitate both local and global leaderboard rankings.
We do not sell player telemetry or identity data to third-party advertisers. Online multiplayer and stats data are routed and stored through secure Google backend services (Firebase).
Security Architecture
NoEyeJack's backend infrastructure leverages industry-standard Google Firebase and Play Services environments. Data transmission for multiplayer matches is protected via TLS protocols, and data at rest is secured via Google's infrastructure encryption.
We enforce strict database security rules ensuring players can only access the game lobbies and leaderboard data they are explicitly authorized to view.
Protected Environment
Database security rules explicitly restrict access globally.
Questions or Concerns?
